| North Wiltshire District Council transferred its social housing stock to Westlea Housing Association in 1995. Westlea manages the Housing Needs and Allocation register on the Council's behalf. Fill in a housing needs register application form which you can get from Westlea Housing Association or the district council offices in Monkton Park, Chippenham. Please fill in the form as fully as possible. If you are going to have a joint tenancy with your partner when you are rehoused, please tick the box showing that you want a joint application. If you have any difficulties with the form, please call in to the office, or phone for help. Take the filled-in form to the Westlea Housing Association office, or send it to the address given at the end of the application form. |
