Wiltshire Compact

The Wiltshire Compact is a set of principles and codes that state how the Voluntary & Community Sector and the Statutory sector agree to work together. The Compact aims to improve the quality of life for people through joint working arrangements and a better understanding between the sectors.  The benefits for people living in North Wiltshire will include:
  • Better support for community groups
  • More opportunities for communities to take part in decision-making
  • Improved services
The shared vision of the compact is to:

“improve the social, economic, environmental and cultural wellbeing of the communities in Wiltshire.”
