Commercial clinical waste

Producers of commercial clinical waste should contact a licensed waste management contractor to arrange a collection service.

Ensure the contractor is licensed to safely collect and dispose of commercial clinical waste and that you receive a Controlled Waste Transfer Note.

Remember it is your responsibility to ensure that your waste is correctly and legally disposed of and to be able to produce the documentation to prove this.
