I now live on my own, how can I get a 25% Single Occupier Discount?

The information required will be:
  • Details of who has moved out and when.
  • Why they have moved and whether there is an intention to return.
  • Is the property jointly owned/leased?
  • Their forwarding address.
  • This information can be taken over the phone.
  • However, a signed Single Occupier’s Discount form will still need to be completed or a letter of confirmation sent in (unless the other occupier has passed away then all the information can be taken over the telephone)
  • If Direct Debit Mandate is in joint names/in the name of the person who left the property, is this to continue?
If you wish to claim a Single Occupier Discount, a form can be obtained from the Revenues Unit or by downloading the attached form.
