I now live on my own, how can I get a 25% Single Occupier Discount?
The information required will be:
- Details of who has moved out and when.
- Why they have moved and whether there is an intention to return.
- Is the property jointly owned/leased?
- Their forwarding address.
- This information can be taken over the phone.
- However, a signed Single Occupier’s Discount form will still need to be completed or a letter of confirmation sent in (unless the other occupier has passed away then all the information can be taken over the telephone)
- If Direct Debit Mandate is in joint names/in the name of the person who left the property, is this to continue?
