Full details required:
- Your email address and telephone number
- Date of vacation/occupation
- Names and forwarding address(es) of person(s) vacating
- Are all occupiers vacating? If not, why? (i.e. intention to return/marital split)
- Full names of people moving in and previous address if within area.
- Is the property or properties concerned owned or rented?
If rented:
- Agent and owner’s name and address
- Was property let on a furnished/unfurnished basis?
- Tenancy end date/start date
If owned:
- Completion date
- Names and previous address of purchasers (if known – if not, solicitors name/address)
Still own:
- Will property remain unfurnished? If no, confirm date furniture removed.
- What are the intentions i.e. sell/let. If selling/letting, need agent details (and tenants details if applicable)
- Details of any other joint owner
