The purpose of this letter by the 'Audit Commission'
The Audit Commission, as the Council’s external auditor, publishes an annual letter summarising its work in relation to North Wiltshire District Council.
This most recent Annual Audit and Inspection Letter was presented to the Council’s Final Accounts and Audit Committee on 7th April 2008. The Letter covers the work undertaken by the Audit Commission during 2006/07 and includes recommendations to the Council.
