Best Value Performance Plan/Annual Report

The Best Value Performance Plan (BVPP) is a statutory duty and it forms part of the Council's performance management process.  We are required to publish the BVPP by 30th June each year.

The BVPP reports on the Council's performance during 2007/08 and sets out performance and improvement measures for 2008/09.  All Best Value Performance Indicators (BVPIs) that we are obliged to report against are included in the BVPP and can be found at the appendix to the plan.

The BVPP has a section that establishes progress against corporate priorities in 2007/08 and provides appropriate performance information for the year.
