The Committees listed below (click for details of the membership) are open to the public and offer an opportunity for members of the public to ask questions, make statements or deliver petitions.  Each meeting must operate within the law and the Council's Constitution.  The structure chart shows how these Committees interact to form the decision making processes of the Council:
