Licensing and Registration Sub Committee

The Sub-Committee considers all matters relating to licensing appeals and applications - except those covered under the Licensing Act 2003.  The Sub-Committee deals with hackney carriage and private hire vehicle licensing, licenses for private hire operators and licenses for market and street trading.
