Licensing Committee

The Licensing Committee is a statutory committee which deals with all matters relating to the Licensing Act 2003.  Hearings under that Act are heard by Panels of three members of the Licensing Committee.  These include applications for the sale or supply of alcohol, regulated entertainment and/or late night refreshment for the licensed premises in North Wiltshire.
