Application Decision

We will ensure that we issue a decision notice within four working days from the date the application decision was made/signed off.

We will send decision notices to the applicant's agent, unless there is no agent, in which case it will be sent directly to the applicant.

We will endeavour to advise all parties who have made representations of the final decision, explaining why that decision was taken, within seven working days from the date the Decision notice has been issued.
