Householder - Conservatories, extensions, garages, outbuildings, dormer windows, garden walls or new/altered access to the residence
Householder Planning Application Forms
The householder application form is only for planning permission to build any of the following:
Extensions/alterations (including conservatories and dormer windows)
New or altered access
Garages and outbuildings
Garden fences and walls
Satellite dishes
These forms must not be used for new dwellings, or for outline planning permission.
