North Wiltshire Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Guidance (May 2004)

At the Executive on 27th May 2004, North Wiltshire District Council resolved to adopt its Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Guidance. This guidance clarifies policies RH20 (General Affordable Housing Provision) and RH21 (Affordable Housing Exceptions Policy) of the North Wiltshire Local Plan 2001.

This is the culmination of work jointly undertaken by officers in the Local Plans team and officers in the Housing and Social Inclusion team and included an eight week public consultation period between November 2003 and January 2004. All the comments received were considered and appropriate changes made to the guidance, which were reported to the Public Spaces and Local Plans Panel for consideration on 5th May 2004.
