The information available on this system will only show records going back to 1999. If you require a detailed history search it is advisable to visit the Planning Office where information will be made available for you. If you would like us to carry out a full planning property search a charge of £40.00 will be made for the first hour and £25.00 thereafter.

Plans, drawings and materials submitted to the Council are protected by the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 and copies are made available in accordance with S.47 of that Act.

You may only use material which is downloaded and or printed for consultation purposes; to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans.

Downloaded material may not be used for commercial purposes and further copies must not be made without the prior permission of the copyright owner.
