When you move house you need to leave your green refuse bin at the old address. If you do not have a bin but use bags and labels instead, then please leave the labels behind and information for the people moving in, letting them know what they need to do to get the refuse collected.

Black box

Please leave the black box behind as well as the bin or labels.

Brown Bins

If you are moving house and own a brown bin you need to get in contact with us. For those that are moving out of the district we will arrange to get the bin collected. If you are moving within the district and are still in a collection area then you can take your bin with you and we will arrange to change the information on our collection list. and inform you of your new collection day.

Additional Wheeled Bins

If you have an additional wheeled bin due to your family being of 5 or more people, or other special circumstances then please let us know your new address and if possible the serial number of the bin so we can update our records

If you find you have items you no longer require or extra rubbish to be disposed of then this can be done via the Household Recycling Centres, or we do offer a Special Collection Service for furniture and electrical items
