Rubbish Collections - New Build Properties

If you have purchased a newly built property and the site is still under construction it may not be possible to collect refuse from outside of your property due to Health and Safety regulations.

To find out if the area into which you have moved falls within this criteria please ring 01249 706111.  A site visit by one of our Refuse Supervisors may be necessary to ascertain access for the vehicle.

If there is restricted access you may be asked to place your refuse at a suitable location e.g. end of cul-de-sac or adjacent to main highway.

Labels will be sent out to you for use on your refuse bags until you receive your wheeled bin.  Delivery of the bin could be up to 6 weeks.
