Description of Service
The District Council has made funding available for Lifeline community alarms to be provided to vulnerable people and victims of domestic violence who wish to remain in their own homes.

The Lifeline service is a community alarm system which enables people to stay in their homes, providing peace of mind 24 hours of the day. It is available to anyone in social, privately owned and rented homes. It provides the reassurance to enable clients to remain living in their own homes. Help is at hand via the use of a pendant which is worn by the client, or a pull cord situated in the property.
