At North Wiltshire District Council we have a dedicated Housing Team delivering a range of services including the enabling and development of new affordable housing.

The Homelessness section provide advice and assistance to anyone who is either threatened with homelessness or is currently homeless.

The Private Sector Housing section aim to improve existing housing through administering grants, ensuring that those most in need are able to live in decent housing. They also encourage home maintenance and energy efficiency.
