With our secure online payments service you can pay the following Council bills using a credit or debit card.
You can also use our 24 hour automated telephone payment service on 0845 275 0123 as an alternative method to pay a bill.

Pay by Direct DebitThe simplest and easiest way to make regular payments. You can download the
form by clicking here. or set-up over the telephone by calling Customer Relations on 01249 706246. Payments are taken on the 1st of the month and you are protected through the Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme.

North Wiltshire District Council endeavours to provide the highest levels of security possible on all payments made by card over the Internet. To support this, we have implemented both CV2 security (the last three numbers on the back of your card) and 3-D Secure, also known as
Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard SecureCode.

Your transaction takes place within a secure payment system. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, a standard supported by most major internet browsers. All of your details are protected using 128-bit encryption, when transmitted over the internet.
Your card details are not stored on this system. Your card details are stored on a server behind a secure firewall. Only authorised personnel may access this information.
Direct Debit GuaranteeIf the amounts to be paid or the payment dates change, the organisation collecting the payment will notify you normally 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed
If an error is made by the organisation or your bank or building society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by contacting your bank or building society. We also recommend you notify the organisation concerned.
