North Wiltshire District Council transferred its housing stock to Westlea Housing Association in 1995. The Council no longer owns or manages any affordable housing.
Westlea Housing Association also manage the Council’s Housing Needs Register and have a dedicated Pre-tenancy team who assist with allocations, transfers and the choice based lettings scheme.
