Private Sector Renewal Policy and Strategy 2006-2009
All residents should have an opportunity to live in a decent home. Although it is primarily the responsibility of the owner to maintain their home, North Wiltshire District Council recognises that some homeowners, particularly the elderly or vulnerable people on low incomes, do not have the necessary resources to repair or improve their homes. The Private Sector Renewal Strategy, is underpinned by the Private Sector Renewal Policy and sets out the key priorities for grant assistance provided by North Wiltshire District Council.
