The new Pound Arts Centre is based in Corsham and was opened in October 2007 by Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cornwall.

The Arts Centre receieved a £1.25 million refurbishment by North Wiltshire District Council. The council owns the historic building and is working with the Pound Arts Trust, the charity responsible for running the Arts Centre.

The Pound Arts Centre provides an important base for arts groups and is a hub for music, dance and theatre performances for people across North Wiltshire.

The Centre features a series of rooms for use by local groups and a unique auditorium for over 100 people. Ongoing support from North Wiltshire District Council and partner agencies will now allow The Pound Arts Trust to deliver a district-wide quality arts programme of performance, participation, education, exhibitions and outreach to everyone living in North Wiltshire.
