Where I live there is very limited on-street parking and these new arrangements will make it difficult for residents.  Can I apply for a resident's parking permit?

North Wiltshire District Council does not presently operate a system of residents parking permits, although we are looking at it.  In the meantime, residents will be required to comply with the new parking regulations.
