Applying for a new bus pass (or tokens)

Application forms are available at your local Post Office until 2 May 2008. After that, you can apply at the main Post Offices in Calne, Chippenham, Cricklade, Corsham,  Malmesbury, Purton and Wootton Bassett. Alternatively, you could write to ‘Concessionary Travel, North Wiltshire District Council, Customer Services, Monkton Park, Chippenham  SN15 1ER.

Don't forget to include the supporting documentation requested ie. pension book, passport or relevant proof of age.
