If your circumstances change

If your new address is in Wiltshire or Swindon, your bus pass will still be valid but you must inform the council.
If you move away from Wiltshire, you should return your bus pass to the council.
If you change your name or need to update your photograph, you must inform the council straight away.
If you lose your bus pass, inform the council immediately on 0845 6010487. A duplicate can be ordered.
Before your bus pass expires, you will be issued with a new one, without charge.
From 1 April 2009, the new Wiltshire Council will be responsible for bus passes.
Your 2008 bus pass, issued by North Wiltshire District Council, will still be valid but the new council may decide to change the scheme or issue you with a new one.
