North Wiltshire enjoys a well-established and thriving agricultural, food & drink sector, and the wealth of agricultural and rural food and drink producers are complemented by burgeoning craft industries, horticultural suppliers and industrial manufacturers.
This online directory lists the businesses within the six market towns of North Wiltshire- Calne, Chippenham, Corsham, Cricklade, Malmesbury and Wootton Bassett. A directory has been produced for each of the five main towns and their surrounding community areas, and inclusion is set by the perimeters of the producers 'making' something within the local area.
The Made in North Wiltshire project is intended to build greater links between local producers and consumers while raising awareness on what is produced in the local area. We hope the project will also encourage greater inter-trading between local businesses, encourage local people to buy local to help us achieve a more sustainable economy and community.
